Your data's security is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data but cannot guarantee its absolute security. Email content is processed locally within the Office add-in environment and is not stored on our servers. Authentication tokens are managed securely through Microsoft's authentication libraries (MSAL) with session-based storage.

Our add-in integrates with the following third-party services:

• Microsoft Office/Outlook APIs for email content access

• Azure DevOps REST APIs for work item creation and project data

• Microsoft Azure Active Directory for authentication

These services have access to your data only as necessary to provide the add-in functionality and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Control Over Your Data: You have the control to revoke permissions at any time through your Microsoft account settings or by uninstalling the add-in. Your authentication tokens can be cleared, and access to your data can be removed instantly.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data beyond the active session. Email content is processed transiently and not stored persistently. Azure DevOps work items created through the add-in are stored within your Azure DevOps organization according to your organization's data retention policies.
