Committed to Your Privacy and Informed Consent
In using our Azure DevOps Work Items Add-in, your privacy remains our foremost concern. To ensure transparency and control, we explicitly outline how your data is utilized:
Data Sharing with Azure DevOps: For the purpose of creating work items, email content and metadata are sent to your Azure DevOps organization. This data is used to populate work item fields and maintain project context.
Explicit Consent: Before using our add-in, you will be asked to provide explicit consent through Microsoft's authentication flow for accessing your Azure DevOps organization and Outlook email data. We ensure that you are fully informed about what data is accessed and how it is used.
Control Over Your Data: You have the control to revoke permissions at any time through your Microsoft account settings or by uninstalling the add-in. Your authentication tokens can be cleared, and access to your data can be removed instantly.
We assure you that this data sharing is solely for the purpose of creating and managing Azure DevOps work items and is handled with the utmost care for your privacy and data security in compliance with Microsoft's security standards.
6. Data Retention
